• Is it possible to arrange a late check-in or a late check-out?

  Late check-in (after 18:00) is subject to prepayment for the first day of stay.

  Late check-out (subject to availability) before 15:00 is charged in the amount of 50% of the room rate, before 00:00 — in the amount of 100% of the room rate.

• Is it allowed to smoke on the premises?

  Smoking is allowed in a specially equipped place on the territory of the guest house.

• Is there a parking lot?

  Parking is not provided on site. If necessary, the administrator will suggest the nearest parking options.

• How to get to the guest house?

  It takes 10-15 minutes to get from the train station to the guest house, and about 25-30 minutes by taxi from the airport.

• Can I book guided tours?

  Yes, we help with the organization of excursions to Greater Sochi and Abkhazia.

• Is there any food?

  Yes, there is a home-made dining room on the territory of the guest house, where you can have a delicious and homely meal.

• Is there Wi-Fi in the guest house?

  Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for all guests.

• What facilities are located next to the guest house?

  Shops, beauty salons, walking areas, beaches, Oktyabrsky sanatorium, zoo and water park are within walking distance.

• How far is the sea?

  Guest house "Visit" is located just 5-7 minutes walk from the sea.
